Contractors indeed offer cheaper renovation solutions. However, they do not provide design and project management. The quality of work of a contractor is also not guaranteed.

Over the years, we have heard a lot of horror stories involving contractors providing impractical, sloppy or unfinished work. This resulted in higher costs for the homeowners when they are left with no choice but to hire someone else to rectify. Our suggestion is that you should engage one if you are working towards a tight budget or you know exactly what you want, down to the specific dimensions and materials of how you want your house to look like.

2. How is the billing handled?

As we are accredited under CaseTrust, we ensure cost transparency, accountability, and general good business practices to all our clients. Our payment process starts from a 20% deposit (SECURED) → 30% when renovations start → 45% carpentry fittings → 5% upon handover.

3. Will there be any delays?

We have a strict project management schedule and we go on-site to supervise the renovations from start to finish to ensure that everything is going as per the project timeline. We are known to complete full-fledged renovations in 8 weeks and we will constantly keep you updated on the project status to ensure that you receive your dream home in time.

4. What's your design style and how much will it cost?

We are inclined towards Modern, Contemporary and Scandinavian designs. With a team of qualified, trained & creative designers, we have no issues tailoring to your needs and coming out with new styles.

Our rates are highly competitive. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our prices. Renovations can cost anywhere from $20k onwards depending on the size of your unit and extent of wall hacking.

5. My apartment is quite small, should I still engage you?

This is definitely not a problem! With innovative and practical solutions, we can make spaces work great for your property regardless of size. Whether it be full hacking, walk-in wardrobes or other ideas, we have our ways!
